Public Art in Uphall and Broxburn

There are a number of public artworks in Uphall and Broxburn, all of which commemorate our shale mining industrial past.

Five of the artwork sites were part of a Grassroots Public Art project and the sixth public art site wasPublic art leaflet initiated and developed by local residents of both towns and funded by West Lothian Council.
